Adam Stringer has over 15 years of experience in complex care provision and nursing-led care. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with the NHS, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), case managers, and private clients to provide high-quality, personalised care to individuals in their homes. Adam’s passion for care began early, as he was a key caregiver for his mother, who lives with a complex physical disability. This experience profoundly shaped his career, giving him firsthand insight into the value of person-centred care.
His extensive experience in healthcare has enabled him to build strong, high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client outcomes. Adam is deeply committed to quality and believes that leading with care excellence ensures everything else will follow.

Caroline Cairns

Caroline Cairns is a registered adult nurse who qualified in 2000 from King Alfred’s University College in Winchester. Her passion for healthcare started in her teenage years through her involvement with St John’s Ambulance. She began her career in the NHS, later transitioning to private health providers, where she developed expertise in managing complex care packages.
Over her 20-year career, Caroline has led care projects for patients with ventilation needs, acquired brain injuries (ABI), and spinal injuries. Her experience spans a variety of settings, from hospitals to home-based care, ensuring her clients receive optimal care tailored to their needs. Caroline’s guiding principle is:
“Would I want my family cared for like this?”
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys paddleboarding and walking her dog along riversides, finding a balance between work and personal life.
Chloe Joseph
Senior Operations Manager and Registered Manager

Chloe Joseph brings nearly a decade of experience in health and social care, working with social workers, CAMHS teams, case managers, and the NHS. Chloe’s journey started with hands-on roles as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and Peer Mentor before she moved into management positions, eventually overseeing Learning Disability homes.
Her passion for complex care is rooted in personal experiences with a close family member who has multiple medical conditions, including brittle epilepsy, blindness, scoliosis, and respiratory vulnerabilities. This personal connection gives Chloe unique insight into the challenges families face, inspiring her commitment to making a positive difference in every client’s life.
Chloe’s approach is driven by a person-centred philosophy. She ensures that clients and their families remain at the heart of every service she delivers.

Sian’s passion lies in delivering nurse-led, client-centred care within family homes, ensuring children can reach their full potential with optimal support. She enjoys working alongside like-minded colleagues who share her passion for providing excellent care.

My name is Richard and I am a registered Paediatric Nurse living in Cornwall. I started my paediatric healthcare journey 11 years ago working as a carer, looking after children with complex health conditions; including palliative care. Since this moment I have always had a passion for complex care. Since then, I gained my professional registration and have worked on the Acute Paediatrics Ward, the Paediatric Emergency Department and my local Children’s Hospice; as well as having children of my own. I ensure that all care facilitated by myself is to the highest standard, making sure the child and family are placed in the very centre of all of their care needs and decision making.

Hello, I’m Sue, I started my working life as a healthcare assistant on a youth training scheme looking after children with complex needs. I qualified as a Registered General Nurse at Greenwich District Hospital in 1989. I started my complex care journey in 2012 managing packages for Spinal injuries ,Acquired brain injuries, adult and children’s complex conditions and injuries. I am passionate about my role and love to support clients to work ,play and enjoy life despite difficulties . I love to overcome challenges and understand working as part of team in someone’s home can feel intrusive, that’s why its so important to get the right personalities and skills for your situation. I am a mum to 5 children my youngest daughter has type 1 diabetes. I also love supporting my local sailing club as a safety power boat driver and I love walking my dalmatian in my spare time.

I’m an action movie kind of lady and I love spending time with my teenage daughter going for a walk in the beach and doing some adventurous activities, actually more me than her.
