Healthcare Assistant – Complex care
Location – Wincanton, Somerset
Pay Rates– £13.00 – £22.00 per hour plus mileage
Shift – Nights Only – 10 Hour shift (22:30 – 08:00)
All candidates MUST be drivers.
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centered care for a male client in his home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with dignity, respect, and empathy.
We are looking for carers with experience in:
· Non Invasive ventilation
· Gastrostomy
· Nebulizers
About the client
The client resides at home with both parents and his older brother. He has a hearing impairment in one ear and wears hearing aids during the day. The client is able to understand verbal communication; however, he is softly spoken. As a result, he benefits from support from individuals who are patient and allow him sufficient time to communicate effectively.
