Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Ipswich
Pay Rates: £15.50 – £23.00
Shift Pattern: Days and Nights (12 Hour shifts)
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support our client in his own home. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, monitor his wellbeing, and promote his dignity and independence while working closely with his family.
Our client has the capacity to make his own decisions. He has very slurred speech, is unable to use his hands, has limited mobility, and is at risk of AD. You will follow his care plan to ensure his safety and comfort while supporting his individual needs and communication.
There is a small dog in the property, so applicants must be comfortable working in a home with pets.
We are looking for carers with experience in:
· A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives.
· Oral Medications
· Moving and Handling
· Physio – passive exercises
· Digital stimulation
All candidates MUST be drivers (Full Uk driver’s license).
