About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Workers to provide high-quality complex care within clients’ home environments. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client’s daily life while working closely with their family and a supportive clinical team.
You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care, ensuring the client’s wellbeing, comfort, and dignity at all times. Duties include monitoring the client’s condition, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence wherever possible.
Experience Required:
· Learning Disabilities
· Cerebral Palsy
· Epilepsy
· Delirium
· Urinary Tract Infections / Urinary Retention
· Obesity
· Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
· Orthostatic Hypotension
