Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Young Adult)
Location: Camborne, Cornwall
Pay Rates: £ 14.25 – £22.00
Shift Pattern: Day Shifts and Night Shifts (12 Hour Shifts)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Camborne area for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady living with a brain injury. Our client is fun-loving, enjoys spending time by the sea, and loves being active within her local community. She is highly motivated and enjoys achieving personal goals, making this a truly rewarding role for the right candidate.
We are looking for caring and reliable individuals who can provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to her individual needs and delivered in line with a personalised care plan. The role will involve supporting her health and wellbeing, promoting independence, and assisting her to access activities and experiences that are important to her.
You will be fully supported by our experienced and highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to provide guidance, training, and ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a specialist care environment while making a genuine difference in someone's life and helping them live as independently and fulfillingly as possible.
We are looking for carers with experience in:
· A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives
· Peg Feeding
· Continence Care
· Brain Injury experience
All candidates MUST be drivers (Full Uk driver’s license).
