Pay Rates: £13.00

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a care package supporting a friendly female client living independently in her own home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his day-to-day life while working collaboratively with her family to promote dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. The role involves supporting daily living activities, monitoring her condition, and always ensuring her comfort and safety.
Our client sustained a traumatic brain injury 16 years ago. She is physically able and independent with personal care, but requires support with memory, processing, and safety awareness. She thrives on routine, enjoys getting out daily, and values encouragement to stay engaged and active.
We are looking for carers with experience in:
· Acquired Brain Injuries
· Medication Administration
About the Client
Our client is a friendly and physically independent woman who sustained a traumatic brain injury 16 years ago, resulting in reduced memory, processing, and safety awareness. She lives alone in her own home and requires 24-hour 1:1 support to ensure her safety, with carers providing prompting for daily tasks such as meals, medication, and household activities. She enjoys a structured routine, goes out daily using her mobility car, and benefits from encouragement to remain engaged and independent. The client experiences regular seizures which are usually monitored and managed with reassurance, though emergency medication is available if required.
