Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Pay Rates: £14.00 – £25.00
Shift Pattern: Day shift and Night shift
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Healthcare Assistants to support an individual with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of UK care experience and previous experience supporting individuals with ABI. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
The role will involve supporting with personal care, mobility, daily living activities and rehabilitation, as well as assisting with medication administration and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to follow individualised care plans and maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment. We are looking for carers with experience in:

· Medication Administration
All candidates MUST be drivers (Full Uk driver’s license).
