Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Malmesbury, Wiltshire
Pay Rates: £14.00 to £25.00
Shift Pattern: Days / Waking Nights
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Healthcare Assistant to provide person-centred care for a female client living within her home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her daily life by delivering tailored support that promotes comfort, well-being, and development while supporting her family.
Working closely with the client, her family, and the wider care team, you will play an essential role in ensuring her safety, comfort, and overall well-being always. The role involves providing high-quality care in line with her individual care plan, monitoring her condition, supporting daily routines, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment where she can thrive. Your compassionate approach and commitment to delivering exceptional care will have a positive impact.
We are looking for carers with experience in:
· A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives.
· Tracheostomy
· Ventilator
· Catheter Care
· Moving and handling (Hoist and sling)
· Spinal Injury
All candidates MUST be drivers (Full Uk driver’s license).
