Our 10-stage candidate registration process is tried and tested, allowing suitable candidates to move through our registration process with ease. Our process certifies the qualifications and capability of potential candidates, so that clients and candidates alike can rest fully assured that the standards we offer will always remain at the highest level.

We take the time to ensure that the healthcare professionals we work with have the right skills and experience, so that our clients can live with confidence, no matter what challenges they face.

Training

All OneCall24 Healthcare candidates are trained to the highest levels, to ensure the highest quality of care provision. Each candidate will complete industry leading training prior to commencing work in any assignment. We invest significantly in the quality and skills of our workforce, meaning that all clients will receive a truly person centred care experience.

  • We deliver over 20 modules of mandatory training. All courses are fully certified.
  • Mandatory and specialist practical training courses.
  • All of our training is Skills for Care and Core Skills Framework aligned.
  • All of our training is CPD accredited.
